The Life Development process is the way the Lord has directed our Pastors to grow Lake Country Family Church in unity and power making us an effective body for the Kingdom of God. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
The Life Development process is split up into three levels: Foundation, Maturity and Ministry.
We believe that this process is an important aid in discovering and fulfilling God's plan for your life. We want to encourage everyone that is a part of Lake Country Family Church to get involved in our Life Development process. The 12 week classes for each level meet on Sundays. The classes are offered in the fall and spring.
Life Development starts at 8:15, coffee and childcare is provided.

Foundation
Teaches the "Foundation" - all spiritual truths to ensure we all walk "agreed". We encourage every adult to attend Foundation, regardless of whether you are a new Christian or have been in the church all of your life.

Membership
Teaches who we are, our history, our philosophy, what we believe at Lake Country Family Church and how we function as a church. After completing the requirements for Membership (Accepting Jesus Christ as Savior, attending the Membership class and signing the Membership Commitment) you will be a member of Lake Country Family Church.
Maturity
Focuses on the essentials for every Christian to grow to spiritual maturity. Maturity teaching includes Servanthood, Life in the Spirit, Knowing your Ministry, and Find Your Niche in the church.

Lay Ministry
The final Life Development class prepares you to be fully plugged in and operating in the body of Lake Country Family Church. Lay Ministers should come prepared spiritually to give as we spend time praying, worshipping and discussing together. Lay Ministry is less teaching and more about being a leader in the church.
